Fabienne Simon, known to everyone as “Fabi,” is an ambitious recreational rider and at home in the active stable. Her mother used to ride herself, so contact with horses was established early on in the family. Fabi has two sisters, Jennifer Simon and Michelle.

Willox 5, known as “Willi,” was Fabi's riding partner. On October 3, 2016, she had a serious riding accident with him in the countryside, in which both horse and rider fell into a ditch at a gallop. Fabi suffered a broken collarbone, cerebral hemorrhaging, and whiplash, among other injuries. Willi died on August 19, 2020.

Cubi, whose full name is Cuba Libre, is Fabi's first owned horse. Born in 2009, the gelding has been hers since March 31, 2017. With him, she has mastered great challenges such as colic surgery and learned a lot about responsibility and perseverance, while also sharing many wonderful moments together. In June 2023, Fabi put him out to pasture, and in 2025 she gave him to a family near Cologne. Cubi has not been sold, but he has a new job there and is now making this family happy.

Her horse Manhattan 85, Matty for short, plays an important role in her life. The gelding, born in 2017, moved in with Fabi on September 19, 2020. He is kept in an active stable and is used as a leisure horse, but occasionally competes in dressage competitions.

Fabi has built up a loyal community on social media. She has over 82,000 followers on Instagram and over 34,000 subscribers on YouTube. There she shares her everyday life as a full-time professional, rider at an active stable, and passionate horse owner.
