Baccardi, an impressive Westphalian born in 2011, has made a name for himself in both sport and breeding. Under the rider Claudia Rüscher, he achieved notable successes in dressage horse competitions, including several victories and a participation in the finals of the Bundeschampionat for 5- and 6-year-old dressage horses. He later continued his career under the saddle of Maria Klementieva, with placements in FEI Intermediaire I and Prix St. Georges.

Baccardi has over 120 offspring, among which Baccardi’s Best stands out as the state champion of 4-year-old horses in Westphalia. Additionally, he was recognized as a finalist in the Bundeschampionat for 4-year-old horses. Another licensed son is Borghese MT, who is also known for his qualification for the Bundeschampionat of 6-year-old dressage horses.

In breeding, Baccardi proves to be a strong sire, particularly in dressage. His offspring benefit from combinations with dam sires like Lissaro and Floresco NRW, who have produced many successful progeny. Baccardi remains a sought-after sire, impressing with his remarkable lineage from Belissimo NRW and Dark Secret.
