Calcio 2, an impressive Oldenburg show jumping stallion born in 2011, has made a name for himself both in sport and breeding. Under Jens Rensen, he achieved his first notable placements in young horse show jumping competitions at levels A** and L. With Maxima Schweiger in the saddle, Calcio 2 demonstrated his abilities in show jumping competitions up to 135 cm.
In breeding, Calcio 2 has already shown impressive success with over 8 offspring. Particularly, his licensed son Chico 990 confirms his outstanding hereditary qualities. Another remarkable offspring is Calstakko 3, who shone as a finalist at the Bundeschampionat for 7-year-old show jumpers.
Calcio 2 descends from the Holsteiner stallion Calico 8, who himself sired over 80 offspring. The dam, the Oldenburg mare Donna-Pila, has also contributed to the continuation of this successful line with 12 offspring.
