The Holsteiner sire Catoki is successful in international show jumping sport. He started his career with Gerd Sosath, won the Rastede Championships and then continued to compete under Jörg Naeve. Meanwhile, he won several World Cup jumper classes with Philipp Weishaupt. He has been ranking among the top of all German show jumping stallions on the FN breed value estimation for years.
Dam’s sire Acord II, Champion of his stallion performance test and Vice Federal Show Jumping Stallion, already built up a great reputation within Europe in his younger years, and he developed into a true trademark stallion. He sired more than 40 licensed sons and with his children, he dominated several Federal Show Jumping Championships. Acord II was repeatedly the best show jumping stallion on the FN breed value estimation.
The Ramiro – Der Löwe xx-offspring Ritual started his exemplary career right from the very beginning. He was homozygous brown, did not produce chestnuts, and although being not frequently used for breeding in his first active year as stallion, he managed to deliver three licensed sons (Rickmer, Rhytmo, Rudelsburg). Meanwhile, the number of licensed sons increased to 20. Ritual proved to be a trademark stallion. Hardly any other stallion in the recent Hanoverian breeding history has passed on such a harmonious, uniform type and conformation to his progeny. Cameo has a perfect and first-class show jumping background with Wilhelm Tell I, perfectly bred with Wedekind and Don Carlos, and with the top stallion Sender further down in his pedigree.
Cameo represents the Hanoverian dam line 654 (foundation mare by Jugurtha-Janus II-Nordlicht-Ulrich-Walter Scott-Melampus). This line has branched out and has been producing 22 licensed stallions up to now, among them the epochally important Absatz (Celle state stud stallion), Mattheis (Schwaiganger state stud stallion), Ovid (privately owned stallion Oldbg.), Rosenzauber (privately owned stallion Rhineland-Palatinate), Rubinstyle (Denmark), Star (privately owned stallion Rhineland ), Wachtelkönig (Austria) and the internationally successful jumpers Campione CH/Werner Muff (Switzerland), Karolein/Klaus Reinacher and Miss Wüstenfee/Wilhelm Bettinger.
